Beixin is responsible for supporting Law School-wide instructional media and teleconferencing needs. She schedules, provides and supervises audio/visual services, and trains the faculty and students on how to use instructional media and related applications.

Beixin earned a Master of Telecommunications from Indiana University in 1998. She has been working at TTU School of Law since 2000 and received the Texas Tech University Quality Service Award in 2004.
