Randy Norwood
Since November 2006, Randy Norwood has been a programmer, law school webmaster, and also team leader for the software application development and system administration team. He was recognized with a Texas Tech University Quality Service Award in 2008.
He had similar responsibilities at the TTU University Library from August 2001 until November 2006, with a focus on library systems such as the online catalog and information discovery tools.
From 1989 through July 2001, Randy did environmental compliance and enforcement work for the predecessor agencies of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and for the U.S. DOE Pantex nuclear weapons facility.
