Jo Ann Altman serves as a Senior Business Assistant within the Budget Office. In this role, she performs responsible and complex duties associated with Travel, Purchasing, Pcard Reconciliation, and Student Reimbursements.

A native of Lubbock, Jo Ann earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining the Law School in July 2011, she was a realtor for a prominent real estate agency in Lubbock.
