Lindsay B. Nickle is a cum laude graduate of Baylor University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Baylor Law Review, was a member of the Board of Barristers, and was part of Baylor’s National Mock Trial team. Following law school graduation, Ms. Nickle joined the law firm of Cowles & Thompson, in Dallas, Texas, where she worked as an associate specializing in the defense of medical malpractice cases. Ms. Nickle relocated to Lubbock in 2000, joining the law firm of Jones, Flygare, Brown & Wharton, P.C. where she later became a shareholder, focusing her practice on civil litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice defense. Presently, Ms. Nickle practices with the Lubbock law firm of Allen L. Adkins & Associates, P.C., where she maintains a busy litigation practice specializing in creditor’s rights, consumer debt collection, and appeals.
