Admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

After graduating from law school, Professor Horn served as a litigation associate with the Lubbock firm of Clifford, Field, Krier, Manning, Greak, and Stone, P.C. She practiced in the areas of real estate law, commercial law, and family law.

Professor Horn went into private practice in Floyd County, Texas in 1998. After two years of solo practice, she joined the Office of General Counsel for the Texas Tech University System as Associate General Counsel.

Prior to joining the faculty of the Texas Tech School of Law, Professor Horn served as a staff attorney for the Honorable James T. Campbell of the Seventh Court of Appeals of Texas.
