Fernando Bustos is a partner in the law firm of McCleskey, Harriger, Brazil & Graf, LLP in Lubbock, Texas. His practice focuses on federal litigation, primarily commercial, employment, civil rights and intellectual property litigation. Fernando also has an active trademark and copyright registration practice, and is the section leader of the firm’s appellate section.

Fernando served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sam R. Cummings, United States District Judge, Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division, from 1997-99. He served as director of the Lubbock County Bar Association and is a member of the Court Advisory Committee for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Fernando recently completed service on the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for the Reappointment of United States Magistrate Judge Nancy M. Koenig, and formerly served as Treasurer of the Lubbock County Republican Party.
