Professor Beyea received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was an Executive Editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics. Following law school, Professor Beyea was an associate on the US Corporate Finance Team in the London office of Norton Rose LLP. She has written and published in the field of mergers and acquisitions, and her teaching and research interests include corporate law, M&A and securities regulation, with a particular focus on international and comparative issues.
