Founded in 1967, the Texas Tech University School of Law is an ABA-approved law school, an AALS member school, and part of a major, comprehensive research university. We are located in Lubbock, which is in northwest Texas.

A few facts about our law school:

• National Jurist Magazine has recognized us as the nineteenth Best Value law school in the United States. This rating was based on a variety of factors, including tuition cost, employment numbers, and bar passages rates.
• We have an excellent reputation for high bar passage rate and for preparing lawyers for the practice of law.
• Our faculty of over 35 full-time and 15 adjunct professors has a great reputation for being collegial, productive, and motivated.
• We have an entering class size of approximately 230 students, which gives us a student-to-faculty ratio of 15.3 to 1.
