IT Help Central is the source for computer system assistance for the TTU campus. Report problems with centrally-managed resources (email, eRaider account, wireless access, etc.) to IT Help Central.

IT Help Central's web site also contains a wide variety of how-to advice, technical assistance, and announcements of current viruses, phishing and other security threats.

Free Software Downloads
Full-time students, faculty and staff of TTU are eligible to download and use, free of charge, popular operating systems and software, including:
- Microsoft Windows XP and Vista
- Microsoft Office (for Windows and Mac)
- Microsoft Visual Studio and Sharepoint Designer
- Symantec Anti-virus (for Windows and Mac)
To access the software downloads,
- Log in to eRaider
- Click on "Manage your eRaider Account"
- Click on the "Software Download" button
Technology Store
The Texas Technology Store is your source for TTU academic discounts on products from Adobe, Apple, Dell, Microsoft and many others. You get warranty service on Apple and Dell as well as out-of-warranty repair and upgrades on all brands.
The Store is located in the Student Union Building.
